「大会参加費、ならびに研究交流会費の支払いにはオンライン前納システムを導入します」と案内しておりましたが、上田大会参加への事前登録には以下の手続き (1)〜(3) を踏んで頂くことと致しました。何卒、ご了承ください。円滑な業務遂行のため、ご面倒でも"複数人一括"ではなく、"個人単位"での登録手続きをお願いします。
名誉会員の方も人数把握等のため、事前登録にご協力頂けましたら幸いです。なお、前納による割安金額が適用されるのは、7月31日 (火) までに指定銀行口座への入金の確認ができた申込者に限らせていただきます。

事前参加登録手順
(1) 参加登録手続きの開始: 大会事務局emailアドレス (srd111@shinshu-u.ac.jp) に「氏名」、「所属」、「会員区分」、「前納金額」、「入金予定日」の5項目を明記して送ってください。emailタイトルは"SRD111参加登録"にして頂けると助かります。受信確認メールを大会事務局から返信します。
(2) 前納費用の振り込み: 返信された「Re: SRD111参加登録」メールの内容を確認のうえ、前納金額の全額をゆうちょ銀行から送金の場合は「(銀行名)ゆうちょ銀行 (記号)10100 (番号)73961731 (口座名)公益社団法人日本繁殖生物学会第111回大会」に、ゆうちょ銀行以外の金融機関から送金の場合は「(銀行名)ゆうちょ銀行 (店番)018 (預金種目)普通 (番号)7396173 (口座名)公益社団法人日本繁殖生物学会第111回大会」にお振り込みください。振り込み手数料が発生する場合は振り込み者様のご負担となること、ご容赦ください (ゆうちょ銀行口座間の振替であれば毎月3回まで無料です)。
(3) 事前登録完了の確認: 指定口座への入金確認後、事前参加登録手続き完了のお知らせメールを大会事務局から送信しますので、必ずご確認ください。万が一、入金から1週間を過ぎても完了メールが届かない場合、大会事務局へお問い合わせください。6月は週1回、7月上・中旬は週2回、入金確認作業をしています (7月下旬は毎日確認の予定)。
Early-bird registration steps
(1) Your first action: Send an email entitled "SRD111REGISTRATION" to Local organizing committee (LOC) office (srd111@shinshu-u.ac.jp), with the following 5 items: Full name, Institution, SRD membership category, Total payment, and Payment date. The LOC office will send a reply email "YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESSING".
(2) Wire transfer: Check the reply email, and then perform money transfer to: JP Bank account [Bank code 9900] 10100-73961731 (in case you pay from your JP bank account) or Branch code: 018-Account No.: 7396173 (in case you pay from any banks other than JP Bank), Account nome: The 111st SRD meeting. Your own expense for transfer fee.
(3) Confirmation: After your payment was confirmed by the LOC office, you will receive an email "YOUR REGISTRATION COMPLETED" from the LOC office. Do not hesitate to contact the LOC office if you cannot receive the email even after 1 week of your payment.
